A new take on our 10 minute shrimp dip recipe we served over the holiday season. We decided to try this recipe on crackers and served this for our sparkling wine tasting last weekend. We added a few new seasonings to boost the saltiness of this recipe to ensure it paired well with the sparkling wine that we tasted. Sparkling wine also pairs well with crunchy foods so the bagel crisps added some necessary crunch to our meal.
- 1/4 c chives, washed and chopped
- 4-6 oz cocktail sauce
- 12 oz cream cheese, spreadable
- 1 c small tail-off cooked shrimp
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Bagel Crisps
Combine cream cheese, chives, and cocktail sauce in a bowl.
Toss shrimp in separate bowl with Old Bay Seasoning.
Spread desired amount of spread on each bagel crisp. Top with two shrimp and refrigerate until serving.
