We successfully held our first wine club meeting Saturday. CHEERS! The theme was "Sparkling Wine" and the food was amazing. I thought we finished all of the bottles of wine that night but I discovered about a glass left of sparkling wine in one while cleaning up Sunday morning- yes! Best surprise ever after a night of tasting several different sparkling wines. It wasn't even flat but I decided to make a quick mimosa anyway since the thought of straight sparkling wine made my existing headache seem worse.
Fruit Punch Mimosa
- 3-4 frozen sliced peaches
- 4 oz sparkling wine or Champagne
- 1 oz fruit punch
Drop 3-4 frozen peaches into a glass. Top with 4 oz of sparkling wine or champagne and 1 oz fruit punch.
