We served this recipe for our Pinot Noir wine tasting for the month of February. Very quick recipe to make that will satisfy the salty cravings of your guests after a glass of Pinot Noir that is on the sweeter side.
Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
- Bundles of asparagus
- 1 package of prosciutto
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly drizzle a large baking sheet with olive oil or spray with olive oil cooking spray. Snap off the dry ends of the asparagus. Carefully cut the prosciutto into long 1/4 inch strips. Wrap the 1/4 inch strips around the asparagus. Lay on baking sheet and roast until the prosciutto is crispy. Typically about 15 minutes.
